BUYERS AGENT, Paddington
Paddo is the most up and coming suburb in Sydney, boasting all of the contemporary pleasures we’ve come to love in the 21st century. It’s known for its modernised victorian terraced homes that offer a more affordable solution for young people and families while still living in an upscale neighbourhood.
Proud In Paddo
Paddington has become the talk of the town in recent years for its appeal to people who love a laidback lifestyle. It is the true definition of suburbia with quaint attached houses being the primary source of housing, but there is so much more to it than that. A lot of the homes are renovated or remodelled Victorian frontage homes that are simply astonishing on the inside. Complete with open plan living, modern kitchens and outdoor terraces, it’s hard to resist buying one of these lovely Paddington homes.
Stunning Suburbia
Paddington has been likened to a sunnier version of west London crossed with Oxford Street thanks to its homely reputation. You can never get bored living in Paddington, there is always an excuse to walk down the street for a gander into pretty boutiques and eateries.

Eccentric Living
Paddo is close to everything the people in Sydney value; the beach, the city, parks and amenities. However, it also has so much to offer within the suburb itself. Paddington has a huge Gen Z influence but in the best way possible.
The residents in Paddington have created a demand for fine dining and artistic influence in what was a fairly standard neighbourhood. This is why there is so much to see and do in this quaint suburb. There are cafes, boutiques, art galleries and gift stores scattered throughout the streets of Paddo as well as a dedicated Saturday market on Oxford Street. The Paddington Market showcases local arts, clothing, accessories and homeware which is something of high importance to this community. Paddo is a neighbourly suburb with a real sense of respect and support for local businesses which is utterly fantastic!
Although the people of Paddo love to get out and about, it is still one of the quieter suburbs in Sydney. It’s a great place to unwind at the end of a long work day. Speaking of unwinding, the Paddington Reservoir is an awe-inspiring recent addition to the suburb and another huge reason to live in Paddo. Inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the reservoir used to be Sydney’s main water supply but is now a sunken park full of flora. It’s incredibly serene and a lovely place to read a book, have a picnic or walk the dog. It’s safe to say that Paddington doesn’t do ‘ordinary’.
