We worked with Amanda whilst we were living in Europe. We wanted to buy a house in Sydney so that we had a family home waiting for us upon our return.

Amanda was quick to really understand what we were looking for and it became obvious that she definitely knew her way round the Sydney real estate market. Her high energy levels also made us confident that she knew what she was doing.

Amanda was quite literally our eyes and ears on the ground. Time zones can always be challenging, but Amanda made herself available at all times of the day and was constantly keeping us updated on the status of our search. And the kids LOVE the cubby house and playing on the front lawn. It has just also been a huge weight off our shoulders to know where we will be living and start to organize our new lives back in Sydney with our children, thank you. We highly recommend Amanda. She was incredibly easy to work with despite us being in Canada. She offered different ways of viewing properties, such as sending videos and going to open houses on a skype call, and she made herself available during times that suited our time zone. She was able to secure us a property pre-auction without us having viewed in person.

We definitely saved your fee (and many multiples of it) simply through your negotiation skills and tactics with the vendor and her agent.
