Ben Lamers

Ben Lamers is a longstanding company member joining Acumentis (then Hegney Property Advisers) in 2009 and has worked in the property industry for over 25 years. As the Director of Acumentis Advisory in Western Australia, Ben encompasses both the residential and commercial market sectors.

Ben’s role includes sourcing, negotiating and acquiring investment-grade property as a buyers agent on behalf of clients and lease consultancy and negotiation of commercial premises/tenant advocacy. He provides property consultancy and market analysis to provide land development strategies for project work, on behalf of large institutions and government departments throughout Western Australia.

As a Certified Practising Valuer, Ben undertakes valuations on residential, commercial, retail, showroom and industrial property. He has additional specialist skills with real estate development, feasibility, design and project delivery of assets, as well as strong experience in managing large property portfolios, providing property solutions and recommendations on the buying and selling of property assets.
